From registrations and statutory registers to returns, displays and inspections, we keep every office, branch, warehouse and plant compliant with central and state labour laws.

Labour law compliance means meeting every obligation that central and state labour laws place on an employer, registrations and licences, wage and working-hour rules, statutory registers, periodic returns, notices and displays, and social security contributions. In India this now spans the four Labour Codes plus state laws such as Shops & Establishments, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund.
India has more than 30 central and state labour laws, now being consolidated under the four Labour Codes, and each state layers its own rules, forms and due dates on top. For an employer with multiple locations, keeping track of what applies where is a full-time job, and a missed register or lapsed licence is exactly what an inspector looks for.
Paalan takes ownership of that entire obligation. We map every law that applies to each of your establishments, build a location-wise compliance calendar, maintain the registers and records, file the returns, and keep you ready for inspection every single day.
Each area has its own dedicated page with the full scope, due dates and FAQs.

The Code on Wages, 2019; the Industrial Relations Code, 2020; the Code on Social Security, 2020; and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020. Together they consolidate 29 central labour laws and have been in force since 21 November 2025.
The 29 central laws were repealed when the Codes took effect, but until each state notifies its own rules, legacy state rules and forms often continue to be used under savings provisions. Employers usually need to track both.
Continuously. Obligations change when you open a location, cross a headcount threshold, engage contractors, or when a state notifies new rules. A formal review at least once a year is good practice.
